Q) What are the conditions for purchasing/owning airsoft rifles?
A) To purchase an airsoft rifle you need to be 18+ years of age. There are no licenses or additional restrictions to purchasing/owning airsoft rifles. Upon purchasing from TorontoAirsoft.com, you agree that you will not misuse any products purchased from TorontoAirsoft.com in any way. We cannot be held liable for any misconduct caused. All products we sell are 100% legal in Canada, we do however ask you to please keep these items concealed away from the unexpecting public as these are very realistic looking from a distance. Please play only at licensed paintball and airsoft fields with all the proper safety equipment and know how. If you are unsure of where to play, please contact us and we will try our best to provide you a location that is safe and fun to play in. TorontoAirsoft.com promotes the continuing growth of this great sport in Canada.
Q)How old to I have to be to play/buy Airsoft?
A) In Canada, you MUST be age of majority, 18+ years of age to purchase any airsoft gun or parts. All customers must provide valid government issue ID when receiving parcels for proof of age. To play, it largely depends on the field and host regulations. Typically, the minimum age is 12+ years of age with adult supervision and 18+ years of age.

Q) Can I get my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A) Sorry you can not, due to the nature of the items we sell your BILLING and SHIPPING addresses MUST MATCH. We will not ship to 3rd party addresses. This is not only to protect the customer (to guarantee to get your items) but also to product ourselves as well as the airsoft industry in general.
Q) Where can I play Airsoft?
A)There are many indoor/outdoor fields across Canada that host Airsoft games. Siege Airsoft Indoor Field is conveniently located 5 minutes south of our walk-in store in Scarborough GTA East and is the largest indoor arena in Canada, boasting 32,000 sqft. Not in the area? Your best option would be to contact your local paintball fields to ask them if they have airsoft games hosted at their fields. Another option would be to join the AirsoftCanada.com website forums and visit the events section for all airsoft in Canada.
Q) I want to play at an airsoft field but my airsoft is shooting too fast, what do I do?
A) Velocity or FPS (feet per second) limits vary depending on the host field or event. Most indoor and outdoor airsoft fields have velocity restrictions to ensure the safety of all players during battle. FPS limits for most indoor fields range between 350 FPS to 380 FPS using 0.20g 6mm BBs and FPS limits for most outdoor fields are around 400 FPS. Come into the walk-in store and we can chronograph your airsoft pistols and rifles. If the velocity is too high, we offer Spring Downgrade services to reduce the velocity for safe play at those airsoft fields.
Q) Does your company offer repair or upgrade/downgrade services for airsoft guns?
A) Yes, we do! To receive more information or a quote on the cost of airsoft gun servicing, please call our walk-in store during store hours.
Q) Where is your store policy located?

Q) Does your store accept trade-in's or buy used guns?
A) Unfortunately we do not offer trade-in's for airsoft guns in any condition. We also do not purchase used airsoft guns. We can only recommend to our customer's who are wanting to sell their airsoft products to post them on your local airsoft classifieds.
Q) How do I place an order?
A) Ordering from TorontoAirsoft.com is easy and secure. Create an account, add items to cart, select shipping to your address, shipping method, payment info, review cart content and confirm order. Please double check the shipping method and shipping address.
Q) If I order an airsoft gun from your store, will it have to pass customs or do I have to pay for import taxes and fees when it arrives?
A) All our in stock products have successfully passed the CBSA. All products we carry are imported with Canadian legal specifications and are stocked in our Canadian warehouse. No additional fees or taxes will be required on delivery.
Q) How long does it take an item that is NOT IN STOCK to come back?
A) Restock times vary depending on the item and the company. You can use the contact form to ask us but generally a lot of these manufacturers themselves are not sure of their restock times. When this is the case, we will give our best estimate. Most restock times vary from 1-8 weeks.
Q) I placed an order online, but I don't want it shipped. Can I pick it up at your walk-in store?
A) Absolutely! Once an order has been placed and Pick Up in Walk-in Store has been selected, you can come pick it up once an email confirmation has been received. You are required to present a government issued ID that matches the name and billing address we have in the ordering system.
Q) If I place an order online, can I have someone else pick it up for me in the walk-in store?
A) Once an order has been placed, the original purchaser is responsible for picking up the item at the walk-in store. Due to preventing fraud, we require government ID whose name and address matches the billing address we have in the ordering system. Unfortunately, we cannot allow other people to pick up an order placed, other than the original purchaser.
Q) How long will you hold my in-store pick up for? What happens to my items/money if I exceed the time limit?
We can only hold items purchased and awaiting pick up for a maximum of 90 days. You may cancel and refund your order at any time during this 90 period. After this 90 period it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to update on what they would like to do regarding their order as the same items that had been purchased may not be available anymore, exchanges for others can be made OR a store credit in the amount of the original purchase can be given to the account holder.
Q) Can I make changes to the order I just placed?
A) We at TorontoAirsoft.com will always try our best to help you with any special requests. Please feel free to contact us during our store hours or email us at s[email protected] with your order number. What cannot be changed? If you receive an email notifying your order is in processing then any add, change or cancel items requests can not completed. You can do a return or exchange after the order is delivered.
Q) OOPS! I just realized my shipping selection is WRONG, how do i change it?
A) Noticed that you selected the wrong shipping method when checking out? The best way to correct this is actually to phone in during showroom hours at 18664079320 and ask our customer service rep to change and bill the difference to you over the phone. Please keep in mind that we do NOT store an Credit Card information, so please have your information handy when phoning in IF addition charge is required.
Q) I don't live in Canada, can you ship to my country?
Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, TorontoAirsoft.com currently only ships within Canada nationwide.
Q) What does "Put me on the waiting list" mean?
A) This is for Out of Stock items. When you put yourself on the waiting list, the online system will notify you through email when items are in stock. It does not guarantee a place in line to purchase, as it is first-come-first-served when the item is back in stock.
Q) When will my order be shipped?
At TorontoAirsoft.com, we understand the importance of getting your items to you as fast as possible. All orders are generally shipped within 12-48 business hours of receiving payment. If you made an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. Tracking numbers for all orders will be emailed to customers between on shipping days.
High volume weekends such as CyberMonday, Christmas Holidays and Boxing day orders require additional processing and shipping times. Expect a delay of up to 4 business days for your orders to be shipped.
Q) How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
We use Canada Post as our main delivery company. As we do not operate Canada Post, we can only inform you of the expected delivery time of your package via the Tracking number on the order. Shipping times across Canada are estimated as follows: (with Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping method)

Q) How do I see if my order has been shipped? Where is my tracking number?
A) Tracking numbers for all orders will be emailed to customers between 3-6PM EST on shipping days. There are two methods to check the status of your order with us:
Option 1: Option 1 is to check your email inbox that is associated with the account that you created on our site for a shipping and tracking confirmation email
Option 2: Option 2 is to follow the instructions explained here: Log into your account, at the top of the page there will be a "My Account" link, click on it to view your account details. Then click on "View All" beside the Track my recent orders to view all of your orders that you have made on this site along with the status of the order. The tracking number is located in the order, click on the "View Order" button to view a specific order and the tracking number.
Q) The tracking number I received doesn't work, can you provide me with one that works?
A) Sometimes there are discrepancies between Canada post and our system. Try entering the number in Canada post's tracking software to see if that resolves the issue.
Q) How can I get Free Shipping?
A) We offer Free Shipping nationwide in Canada when you purchase $300+ before tax using Canada Post Expedited ground shipping. However, there are exclusions to the Free Shipping. Free Shipping only applies to destinations in Canada that are accessible by ground routes. Those areas accessible only by air are exempt from this offer. Those postal codes starting with the following are possibly serviced only by air: A0K, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0V, R0B, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B. If your area is serviced only by air, then free shipping offer does not apply and we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided regarding the costs of your shipment.
Certain restrictions apply on overweight and oversized items
Q) I put the incorrect shipping address on the order, how can I get my package?
A) We strongly stress to all customers that before confirming and completing your order to make sure that your shipping address is correct. If you have submitted an order with incorrect information and would like to change it, it is generally not authorized due to confidentiality reasons. We offer rapid shipping on orders and most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of receiving payment and we may not be able to get to your address change request before the order ships. If the order ships to the wrong address provided, the customer is responsible for the order to be re-shipped to the correct address if it is rejected by the receiver OR if the parcel is accepted, you will have to retrieve the package from the address. Canada post will not open a trace on a package if it was delivered to the correct address listed on the label. If you are not able to retrieve the package, you are not entitled to a refund since the item was shipped to the address you confirmed on your order. So we STRONGLY suggest double checking your shipping address in the order information before confirmation on the order.
Q) What do I do if my items arrived defective or not what I wanted?
A) TorontoAirsoft.com understands that it can be frustrating when running into issues with the products you have purchased. Q) What are the reward points for? Where can I see my balance or use them?
A) The reward points program is our token of appreciation for all our customers who purchase from our webstore. Your reward points balance is located on the "My Account" page and they can be used to redeem certain products. To find out what can be redeemed with the points and how many points it takes for specific redemption please click on the "REDEEM POINTS" button and it will redirect you to the redemption page
***Q) I made a purchase in store, how do I receive my loyalty points for it?
A) Loyalty points are offer on online store purchases only. All in store purchases do not qualify for loyalty points.
Q) An item I am interested in is not in stock online, can I purchase it at your walk in store?
A) All items that are in stock online are available for in store purchase. Item's not in stock online are not available for purchase at the walk in store.
Q) What about Items not in stock (at time of order)?
A) Items not in stock at time of order will have the product price and applicable taxes refunded to the customer in the case of paypal/credit card payments. If the payment method was in the form of an EMT, a gift certificate for the same amount will be credited to the customers account.
Q) Do you guys price match?
A) We offer price matching if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The competitor must be a registered business in Canada, have a physical location, the item must be in stock, has to be the exact same product, the price after shipping must be lower/same as ours, and the competitor must be a Canadian retailer. The competitor must also have active inventory control, we reserve the right to contact any store to confirm inventory before price matching.
Q) Do you offer rainchecks for items that are on sale but are out of stock?
A) Sorry but due to the difficult nature and uncertainty of importation times of most of these products we cannot guarantee restocking time frames or prices therefore we do not offer rainchecks.
***Q) I'd like to get an airsoft product that is not listed on your site, would you be able to order it for me?
A) Sorry, at this time we cannot offer pre orders/ pre sales or custom orders. We do however take in to account requests for when we make purchases. Please feel free to submit a CRM ticket through the contact us form for any product requests you have in mind.
Q) Is it possible to hold items for me so that I may purchase them at a later date/time?
A) Sorry, all our items are sold on a first pay basis. We do not hold items for any reason.
Q) Refunds to missing items or credits on my account, how long does it take to show?
Refunds and credits generally take us 2-3 business days to process and then 2-3 business days for the bank/credit card company to show on your statement. Please generally allow up to a week for refunds/credits to show on your account.
